Deputies from the Kitsap County Sheriff's Office successfully pursued and apprehended the suspect of an alleged vehicle shooting in the early morning of March 16. Bremerton police first responded to the shooting, which occurred in the Bay Vista neighborhood in Bremerton a few minutes after midnight. Police then spotted the suspect's van on Chico Way and probable cause led to the authorization of a police pursuit. The chase took KCSO deputies throughout Central Kitsap and Bremerton, and the van was successfully spiked by police on the Warren Avenue Bridge.
