The festival that annually marks Labor Day weekend in Bremerton is set to take over the boardwalk again, with a special treat offering attendees something to do on the water as well. The Bremerton Blackberry Festival runs Saturday, Sunday and Monday at the Bremerton boardwalk, and spilling up to Second Street downtown. The event is open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. each weekend day, and until 6 p.m. on Labor Day. Those who arrive will find the usual mix of vendor booths, food tents, music and arts.
