CENTRAL KITSAP — A chain reaction crash that started when a driver hit a car that was stopped at a red light on Highway 3 near McWilliams on Monday night sent two to the hospital after one was extricated from a vehicle.A 35-year-old Port Orchard man driving a 2002 Nissan Xterra was headed southbound on Highway 303 just before 7 p.m., according to a crash memo issued by the Washington State Patrol. The driver struck a 2010 Toyota RAV 4 driven by an 83-year-old Bremerton man that was stopped at the stoplight at McWilliams Road.
